RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Don't worry - buy risk-free
We hope you don't have any problems fitting and using your Recoheat, but if you do, don't worry. Just return it to us within 12 months for a full refund.
We'd much prefer it if you talk to us first - there may be something we can help with in terms of installation or configuring - but we're so convinced that it'll transform your warmth and fuel use, we don't think you'll dream of returning it unless you really have to.
That's not just before you've installed and used it either. If you find that your Recoheat does not work with your stove or flue set-up, just remove and return it to us for a full refund.
As a note to that, the only situation we can foresee in which you might have problems is if your chimney has very poor draw. While our testing hasn't indicated any detrimental effect of the system on this, it won't improve the draw on your chimney, so if your draw isn't very good, it won't help.
In those circumstances, it may be you need a taller chimney, or a warmer chimney (move from single skin to double skin for example). Your Hetas-registered installer will test the draw as part of the installation process and won't pass the stove for use if it's not drawing properly, but the Recoheat should not in any circumstances be used if your chimney does not have sufficient draw to be safe.
It may be worth contacting us to discuss your situation, but if in doubt – take it out!
WARRANTY AT RECOHEAT
Five year return to base warranty on our Recoheat units
We offer a five year warranty on the Recoheat unit, and a 12 month warranty on the air pumps we supply. Simply return them and we'll replace them.

When you purchase your Recoheat multifuel stove accessory, we'll carefully check the order, pack it, and despatch it within 48 hours - and we'll keep you informed every step of the way.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do ship overseas and make a £25 charge towards shipping and tax as a contribution to the cost.
Please note that the pumps run at 240v. We supply them with a 110v to 240v adapter when shipping to the USA and Canada. We ship with a plug adapter on request when shipping to Europe.
