One of our customers has just fitted his third Recoheat heat recovery unit to a single stove - you can see his feedback on TrustPilot.
It's not something we recommend at all, but he's in a workshop and has a big 13kw stove with a back boiler that kicks a lot of heat up the flue.
It's important for us because it demonstrates that the unit doesn't cool the flue, something that we have now modelled as well as demonstrated, but this is what you might call extreme testing of the theory! It might also have practical application in large stoves with lower efficiency ratings - so lots of heat going up the flue - which is often the case particularly with stoves in the US and Canada.
