We received a lovely letter from a customer who bought his unit earlier this year:
"Dear Sir,
I wish to thank you for your excellent product. I live in an old Welsh cottage the heating of which has always been a problem. Your heat pump has not only increased the output of my wood burner but also solved a damp problem with the positioning of the air pump in a troublesome area under the stairs. I would not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone.

It's wonderful to hear that our units are making such a difference. The effect on the damp is interesting: presumably it's being caused by the circulation of the warm air around the house rather than just the increased circulation because of the pump. The device continues to educate us on its effectiveness!
