Recoheat becomes an Associate Member of the National Association of Chimney Sweeps
As announced in the Chimney Journal, the NACS members magazine, we're now an Associate Member of an organisation founded in 1982 to ensure the safety and professionalism of the sweeping industry.
We're really grateful to President Martin Glynn and his team for engaging with us to inspect and explore our system before offering the invitation to join. We visited their impressive training facility with the range of units we make for different installations, and they scrutinised and tested them. We are delighted that new sweeps will be given training in fitting and maintaining the units as part of the rigorous training programmes NACS delivers.
It's another significant step in the adoption of our innovative technology which relies so much on customers maintaining their stoves and flues in a clean, well-functioning state - as does every element of their installation. Sweeps are our key partners in this. We've extremely proud of our relationship with the Guild of Master Chimney Sweeps and APICS, and becoming an Associate Member of NACS pulls us into the longest-serving association of sweeps with a membership of more than 700 professionals all over the UK. It's a fantastic milestone for the company, and we're immensely grateful for the opportunity, and looking forward to working with them over the next many years.
